How I use your details when you buy Keyspike.
Who is responsible
I am. Joel Lindfors, Lindfors Productions, business ID 2861430-3, support@kohina.audio.
What I receive and why
When you buy, Paddle gives me your name and email address. I use them to email you the download link, answer support questions, and resend the download if you ask. I do this to deliver what you bought and to support you.
Paddle
Paddle.com Market Limited sells Keyspike to you and handles your payment. Paddle is responsible for your payment details and for the data it collects, under Paddle's privacy policy.
Who else handles your details
I use a cloud storage service to host the download and an email service to send it. They handle your name and email address only for that. I do not sell your details or use them for anything else.
How long I keep them
I keep a record of your purchase (name, email address, date and order number) for three years after you buy, so I can support you and resend your download. Then I delete it.
Your rights
You can ask me for a copy of your details, to correct them, or to delete them, at support@kohina.audio. If you think I handle them wrongly, you can complain to the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman.
